Cartagena Worker's Houses
The barrio Nariño is located between the airport and the old town of Cartagena de Indias in Colombia.
It was formed over the last two decades mostly by people coming from the surrounding rural areas.
Originally built of informal structures the barrio established itself gaining access to the power grid
and the sewage system thus bringing an uprise in class with it.
